Our leadership experience includes 30+ years in capital investments & wealth management, as well as working with Federal & State Agencies GSA, NPS, LIHTC, HUD, & HPTIP; & local agencies in multiple states.

Our experience includes numerous successful ZBA, Planning Board, Special Permit, Code Modification, Historic and the like, from municipalities throughout Massachusetts (including Boston, Newton, Brookline & Wellesley - to name a few) as well as those in multiple other states and internationally.

Over the past 25+ years we have had an impeccable record with every planning board, special permit, ZBA, code modification, and historic board approval. Many of our development colleagues have chosen to work with us based on our proven methodology and extensive experience.
